W+K Tokyo presented the challenge of finding a way to integrate and evolve Aiwa's playful youth centered brand into a site that would allow users to remix music clips through animated characters and have a chorus of Aiwamals (Aiwa animals) rock out a user generated mix. Aiwaworld is unique in that it is navigated by through the use of Aiwa branded character guides rather than text based navigation. went on to win awards from the Art Director's Club, Cannes Cyberlion, ADC, One Show and was featured in Communication Arts magazine.
